Step 1:
Please click the link below the form image to enlarge and print our Fitting Form. Take the form to a  tuxedo shop and ask them to take your measurements and fill in the form. We reciprocate with Tuxedo Stores, so there may be no charge or a nominal charge.

Step 2:
After completing the form, please fax it to us. The fax number is provided on the form. We will contact you to confirm that it was received.

Step 3:
Browse through our website and select the tuxedo, vest, etc, that you desire. Using the form fill out by the tuxedo store, go to the large picture of the item desired and fill in the measure blanks. Put the item in the cart send it to us. We will confirm your order either by email, by phone or both.
