Step 1:
Please click the link below the form image to enlarge and print our Fitting Form, then take the form  to a local tuxedo shop and ask them to take your measurements. We reciprocate with tuxedo stores, so there may a no charge or a nominal charge.

Step 2:
After completeing the form, please fax to us using the fax number on the form. We will contact you to confirm that it was recieved.

Step 3:
Browse through our website and select the tuxedo, vest, etc. that you desire. Using the form filled out by the tuxedo store, go to the large picture of the item desired and fill in the measure blanks. Put the item in to the cart, and send to us. We will confirm your order either by email, phone or both.
